Users with the Biller Role can update a HCPC from Off-the-Shelf (OTS) to Custom (CTS) when a patient agreement (PA) is in Ready for Billing status on the Billing Submission page. Submit a MotionMD help ticket to have the HCPC Conversion feature enabled.
Once enabled, the Biller will see the Custom Fit? or Undo Custom Fit? button in the product section of the PA when a product has an equivalent CST or OTS code.
NOTE: The buttons are visible for claims in Ready for Billing status ONLY.
Once the selection is made, a modal will appear confirming the action. Once the YES button is selected, the HCPC on the patient agreement will show updated.
