A user with the Admin role assigned can create and edit HCPC codes under their account. To add or update a HCPC Code select the HCPCS Codes option on the main navigation bar.
Select NEW.
Add HCPC details and ensure the Active box is selected making the code available to assign to products. Once complete select save changes.
- An additional character should be assigned to distinguish the account specific HCPC from the Global HCPCs
- If the NEW HCPC code should be considered Fitting and Adjustment applicable, an Early Warning alert can be activated on a patient agreement by checking the box next to F&A Applicable
- If the NEW HCPC code is commonly covered by Medicare, an Early warning can be activated by checking the box next to Commonly Covered by Medicare.
To Edit an existing Account Level HCPC search and select the Edit button to make updates.

- All products being submitted for verification, will need a Global HCPC as a prefix when creating Custom HCPC Codes:
- Cash Pay or products that do NOT require verification, do NOT require a Global HCPC as a prefix.
