As part of our ongoing efforts to improve functionality, clarify responsibilities, and streamline access, we will be transitioning all users with the Intake Role in the coming days. This change is designed to better align roles with current workflows and ensure everyone has the appropriate level of access and tools to support their work.
What to Expect:
Your current Intake role will be updated or reassigned with the NEW Clinical Support Technician role.
These changes will take effect starting the morning of August 12, 2025.
There will be no disruption to your access during this transition. However, if you experience any issues or have questions about your new role, please reach out to support@motionmd.com or submit a Help ticket in MotionMD for the Customer Success Team to assist.
