The cost of materials, components, and transportation have continued to rise, and inflationary pressures have increased this year. It is necessary for us to increase prices effective July 1, 2025, or per the terms of the existing agreement, our product prices will reflect these changes. We understand that price increases are never welcome news, and we assure you that we made this decision after thoroughly considering all options and factoring in our aggressive cost mitigation efforts. We can assure you that these increases only cover a portion of the overall inflation.
