The External Provider role is a slimmed-down role created for Providers who need access to MotionMD to review and sign Patient Agreements for only their patients. This role also has a feature that allows Providers to opt into an email notification letting them know there are Patient Agreements ready for signature.
Upon login, if Patient Agreements waiting on signatures, they will be listed on the main dashboard. Click the Sign All button.
A page will open with all Patient Agreements expanded to view the patient and product dispensed.
Check the checkbox next to each Patient Agreement. As they are checked they will collapse.
Apply signature in the Signature canvas, check the Authorization checkbox and click Sign Selected Patient Agreements button.
Once all Patient Agreements have been signed the main dashboard will indicate none are waiting.
As a Provider, you can opt into a weekly email notification that Patient Agreements are waiting for Signatures. The emails are sent every Thursday evening and there is a link in the email body that will navigate you to the MotionMD login page.
Click the Edit Profile option under the Profile dropdown menu. On the Edit Profile page, check the ‘Opt in to receive an email alerting of PAs that need review’ checkbox and click Save Changes button.
