A user with the Admin role has the option to download a blank PA from within their account. Navigate to the Admin tab, select Account Settings then click on the Download PA PDF button.
A modal will pop up to select a specific dispensing location. If none are selected the dispensing location will be blank on the PDF. To generate the PDF, click on the Download PA PDF button. From there, open the PDF and either print or save the agreement.
